No Messy Soup

A mysterious kitchen tool that I was given.

The box says “terbuat dari bahan stainless steel”. I believe it means “made from stainless steel” in Indonesian. I couldn’t get a readable picture of the instructions so I have transcribed them.

Usage Method
When mixing flour, no matter what kind of flour, boiled water and noodles should be used regularly, two-thirds of the flour should be ironed, one-third of the flour should be left behind, the flour should be good, kneaded well, the softer the better, and not stick to hands, no waking up, clean and good noodles will be put into the main machine and directly squeezed into the boiling pot.
After using this product, the press is separated and cleaned when cleaning, and the ventilation place is air-dried naturally.

Material science: Common white flour
Formula: Hot water and flour. Two-thirds hot. Leave 1/3 thousand flour and knead well. The softer the flour the better it will be and it will not stick to your hands. No salt or alkali is needed. No waking noodles are needed. Directly into the pot.
Characteristics: The noodles are original and tasty. Smooth.

Picture #2 (Noodles with vegetables)
Material science: Common white flour, various vegetable juices
Formula: Use all kinds of vegetable juice, and noo-dles and knead well, the softer the better and do not stick to the hands. Do not need to add salt or alkali, do not need to wake up the noodles. Directly into the pot.
Characteristics: Containing trace elements, it can promote human metabolism and improve health.

Material science: Noodles, ham, green and red peppers, shrimp, scallions, garlic
Formula: Cook the spaghetti and fish it out, add a little olive oil and mix it well. Put the olive oil into the pan and ignite it, then stir fry the shrimps, ham and green and red pepper. Stir fry the noodles with black pepper and tomato sauce. Sprinkle the noo-dles with a little mild milk and season with salt. Stir fry evenly.

Material science: Noodles, onions, ginger and garlic
Formula: Cook the noodles and mix them with oil. Add anise, sweet leaves, walnuts and ginger slices to the chill Noodles. I seem to have lost the original of the instructions when I was taking a picture of it. Possibly it is over by the iron, since it sorely needs flattening.
